Who has access to your information?
We will never share any personally identifiable information about you with any third party*, for any purpose. We collect such information only for the purpose of contacting you. We may occasionally enlist third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our customers. We will only give these service providers access to non-personally identifiable information, and they will not be permitted to use such information except on our behalf, to help us conduct and improve our business.
How will we use your information?
The information we may collect is of three types, each of which is provided by you on a purely voluntary basis.
- Personal Contact Information, possibly including your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information, voluntarily supplied by you at product registration, will be used to enhance our customer support activities.From time to time, if you authorize us, we may contact you with information about product upgrades and other offers.You may elect to discontinue receiving such communications at any time.
- Survey Results and Opinions, possibly including personal information such as your age, gender, occupation, etc.This information, which is collected anonymously, will be used to help us to improve our products, by tracking the ways in which they are being used, and developing future product enhancements and improvements.
- Computer System Information, such as operating system or hardware, as well as logging information produced by our software.This information, which is only collected when you manually choose to send us an error report, will be used solely for the purposes of diagnosing and repairing software errors, and providing you with effective technical support.
*Third-party does not include any employee or contractor employed by Sense Synergy or Advanced Hearing Concepts to provide customer support. Such employees or contractors, however, will always be legally bound to keep all customer information strictly confidential.
